Accessible Programming
These classes are open to the community and have been created to serve as a safe and affordable space to gather, connect, heal and focus on well-being together.
The model for class is based on Emily’s research in wellness access and inclusivity through her Masters studies in Leadership and Organizational Change Structure Management, where focus groups centered around underrepresented communities and bringing educational programming in holistic wellness to the general public.
LOCATION
The shop is located behind the 1 to Seven / Green Room building on the 115
-Park in the dirt lot next to the green room and walk to the back of the building to find a large white door – the shop is located on the top floor of the building, facing the road – (we will be there to greet you)
-Please try to arrive a few minutes early – doors close 5 minutes after the start of class for building safety purposes

THURSDAYS, 12-1pm
Pranayama, Chanting, Mantra and Mudra at Tropical Treehouse
Each week will offer a new chant (Mantra) to learn in Sanskrit, a new Mudra (hand gesture) and a new Pranayama technique (yogic breathwork.) This class is great for those who are curious and want to learn more about Yoga and it's rich traditions outside of the physical postures of Asana. No experience is necessary as each class has a new theme.
Space is limited, pre-registration is required. Mats and props provided as needed.
SUNDAYS, 4:00-4:45pm
Meditation Exploration at Tropical Treehouse
This unique meditation class will vary, offering space to learn different meditation techniques from Japa, (mala mantra recitation) to Tratek, (candle gazing) Nidra (psychic sleep) & more. No experience is required.
Space is limited, pre-registration is required. Mats and props provided as needed.
SUNDAYS, 5:00-6:00pm
Sounds of Bamboo, Small Group Sound Bath at Tropical Treehouse
This session is a unique opportunity for a boutique sound bath experience that includes on-the-body bowl placements, aromatherapy, and a more personalized small group sound journey - relax with tea and sunset on the porch after with a beautiful ocean view.
